Last week, I wrote about getting apps to the top of Android Market, and one of the things that I said was important was getting rated highly by customers. Getting rated isn’t easy. Most customers download the app and never bother to go back to rate it. I asked someone in the office if he had any ideas how to get people to rate apps more, and he didn’t answer me.
He buried his head in his computer, and a very short time later, he sent me a picture that looked like this:
I was a little perplexed, until he explained what it was. It’s a button that you can easily add to any AppsGeyser app to make it easy to rate your app in the Android Market from within your app! Once this button is added, anytime a user hits the menu button while in your app, they can easily rate or share the app.
So I wanted you all to know how to install it on your apps and put it into your Android Market apps. Instead of the usual screenshots, I figured I’d make a video. Since this is my first try at a video, I hope you’ll forgive me if I sound a little nervous. Let me know in the comments if you like it, and I’ll try to do more videos like this in the future.
